Tender Project Loan is being lent according to the recommendations for loan by respective ministries and departments (L-25 Guarantee) as for Fiscal Year with 10.00% interest rate per annum.
30% or 35% of the amount described in Contracted amount can be lent to the Company that has passed the tender as a Tender Loan Project.
If Naypyitaw Sibin Bank’s Performance Guarantee (PG) can lend 35% of the amount of the Project and if other bank’s can lend only 30% of the amount of the Project.
If L-25 Guarantee can be signed, the interest rate is 13% per annum and if L-25 Guarantee cannot be signed, the interest rate is 15% per annum.
